It offered us stunning and good location short walk to the centre of St Ives, such a nice garden and Barbara Hepworth museum. Came to visit Lower Gardens, based just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Fairly clean hotel, extremely comfy beds, enjoyable breakfasts and nice staff. Reasonably large and airy units with an amazing view over the ocean. The marvellous location for the price, not far from the beach, local shops and restaurants, the beach and town centre and restaurants in St Ives. Plus, walking distance to Anima Mundi. Great service, quiet atmosphere.

Everything was simply very good. The total stay was very enjoyable short for a 2nd visit. The breakfast was freshly prepared with smoked salmon rather than bacon and sausages, for instance and frequently replenished. The staff were very amiable and attentive and the location was excellent.

The breakfast was lovely and served. The suite was attractive, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The staff were nice and incredible and the location was great so close to the sea which was great. Plus, the hotel was situated just a pleasant stroll away from an award-winning oceanarium.

Quiet ambience in the hotel, ideal location. Such a LUXURY property - just walking distance from everything. Furthermore, it was 300 metres from zennor circular walk. We appreciated a heating system, a sitting area and ironing facilities in the room. Kudos to chef.
